Junk
food is typically defined as packaged food that has low nutritional value, high
calories, fat, sugar, salt, etc. Junk food includes all the snacks and food
that we eat regularly which is not homemade. Excess consumption of junk food
causes heart diseases, blood pressure, cancer, tooth problems, and other illness.
People
of any age are driven by outside food, which are harmful for kids, adults, and
women. For those women who are pregnant, junk food can affect their child’s
health too.
The
trend of Junk food has increased among today’s generation. Junk food is tasty
but it has its own bad effects. You can notice that people born in 60s are
healthier than us as they were not much exposed to Junk food. In fact there was
no consumption at all. If we compare the health ratio we can see that they are
much healthier than us and, much stronger.
There
is no opposition to junk food but excess consumption can lead to bad health. It
is very infectious to our bones as well.
